Comment on the reform and development of college journals

Based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of college journals in our country and the science and technology journals, both internal and foreign, combining the result of working theory research into the recent journals and experience of innovation, this paper puts forward reform approaches and development countermeasures, that is, grouping of management model, specialization of orientation of periodicals, internationalization of collection and review of papers, diversity of editor contingent structure; modernization of editing means and marketization of management development.
