An analysis of the existing form of the principle of law——a challenge to the “legal principle” in the Administrative Reconsideration Law

The law principle, the result of people's wisdom in finding and applying it, plays a significant role in the study of the whole law theory.Rich and varied in the form, each has its own unique value and constitutes the foundation of the law.However, in a specific branch law, whether or not to stipulate the principle of law and what type of principle of law to be stipulated should have certain grounds.Randomness should not be allowed.The Administrative Reconsideration Law puts the "legal (principle)"as one of its basic principles.It would, to some degree, cause chaos, since it could not stand up to any close scrutiny of law theory.
