On the Theoretical Plight of Object of Right in Civil Law

    Abstract
  • Object is one of most important ingredients for legal relationship,which was disputed in 1980s.Today the common view of object of right in civil law is not correct in listing types of it without stereoscopic thinking. According to the theory of Larenz,a German jurisprudential scholar,object of right in civil law has a double-level structure. We should inherit the theory of Larenz for object of right and make further efforts to study object of right in civil law.
