The definition of electric currency is a difficult problem,the reason of which is that the electric currency is in the development period and that the different definitions of each country reflect different policy of electric currency.What's more,the legal nature of electric currency lacks no unanimous views.This paper explores these two problems so as to deepen the recognition of the electric currency.
