The Achievements and Problems of the Ideological and Politics Course Construction and their Solutions in the Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi Province since the Implementation of the 05 Program——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the Universities of the 05 Program

Since the implementation of the 05 Program,the central authorities and the whole society have been paying great attention to the construction of the ideological and political course in every province.Therefore,after investigating and gathering statistics from the colleges and universities for four months in 2009,this seminar has the following findings:on the one hand,great achievements have been made in the optimization of the rank of teachers,the rapid development of the discipline construction,the progress of the scientific and technical researches,the obvious improvement of the quality of the talents,the further rationalization of the structure and organization and the evaluation of the teaching effects and on the other hand,there exist several problems in some aspects,such as the low overall level,the imbalanced development among colleges and universities,the unsatisfactory teaching effects,and so on.The solution to these problems requires introducing and cultivating a large number of high-level personnel,raising education input and strengthening the inner construction led by discipline construction,deepening the reform in teaching and increasing communication among colleges and universities.All of these measures will help improve the overall level of the politics construction in the colleges and universities in Jiangxi province.
