However,due to the fact that the network forms of honest culture education are new phenomena,it is affected and constrained by such factors as economic conditions,individual qualities and unhealthy cultures. Nevertheless,the government should actively utilize the network platform to enrich the forms and means of honest culture education,achieving favorably its due effects of anti-corruption.
