In recent years,China's higher education has gone through the development expansion,and at the same time,it faces the difficult problem that the country budgetary allocated fund can not meet the requirement for quick higher education development.The rapid expansion of higher education urgently needs a large amount of financing while the nature of higher education has laid down theoretic and realistic foundations for it to enter capital market.The connection of higher education to capital market may adopt the following principal pattern: connection of higher education to stock market,bank financial market,folk private capital market and risk capital market and so on.
