Learning is the primary task of the college students.At present,quite a lot of college students obviously feel the huge learning pressure.Learning pressure is produced by the factor of the external circumstance,such as society,college,family,and the internal factor including intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor.To control the learning pressure,measures should be taken from the two aspects.
