From Resource-Based To Demand-Oriented——An Analysis of An Kind of Interest of The Local Government’s Decision

Under the condition of market economy,some local governments and enterprises and institutions still make decisions based on the local resources instead of the producers' and consumers' demands reflected through market exchange,which causes low effiency,closing and improper distribution of resources and aggravates the phenomenon of seeking rent.This paper mainly analyses the negative effect causes and forms of decision-making based on the resources and the importance of the change of the demand-oriented decision-making way.
