The Current Situation of Enrollment Motivations of National Defense Students and the Countermeasures in Enrollment

After decennary efforts,the training and management mechanism of national defence students has been formed and national defence students have become the vital part of military reserving forces.But it is undeniable that the enrollment of national defense students is faced with many problems such as deficiency and low quality in enrollment resources.The causes lie in many aspects,of which the difference of enrollment motivation is one of the major reasons,which is the important factor restraining the development of the national defence students.To improve the quantity and quality of enrollment resources of national defense students,colleges and universities should exert their subjective activities,strengthen and broaden enrollment publicity,perfect policies,adopt feasible measures,correct the enrollment motivation of national defence students and enroll high-quality resources of national defence students.
