  • Director Roland Emmerich's five films in more than ten years mirror the deterioration of our ecological environment.This paper analyzes his image writing,explores the causes of the ecocatastrophe and his practical action to eliminate it.It unfolds Roland Emmerich's ecological concept and anxiety,advocates self-observation and therefore expects the amelioration of real ecological environment through the education of Roland Emmerich's ecocatastrophe film.
