Some Policy Suggestions for Deepening the Reform of China’s Rural Credit Cooperatives

With the constant improvement of rural financial system,a new financial pattern, represented by Rural Credit Unions adopting nongovernmental finance and formal finance has taken shape. Along with the vigorous development of nongovernmental finance,Rural Credit Unions' development was constrained owing to the historical causes and imperfection of selfsystem.By comparing these two kinds of finance,this paper tries to provide policy proposals to promote the deepening of reform of Rural Credit Unions,based on study of the comparative advantages in nongovernment finance.
