On the ideological education resources for college students and its related allocation

The ideological and politic work of college students at least possesses three kinds of resources:environment resource,human resource and tactics resource.Allocating these resources reasonably is critical for enhancing the educational quality,and meanwhile we should abide by the principle of wholeness、the principle of benefit,the all-participating principle and the innovative principle.
