On the Functions of College Libraries and Librarians’ Qualities in the 21st Century
This article generalizes the features and functions of college libraries in China according to the new demands for libraries put forward by the higher education in the era of int ellectual economy.It also analyses the new qualities the librarians should display in the new era.
