    Abstract
  • Fostering the consciousness of innovation,cultivating the quality of innovation and strengthening the ability of innovation are power sources of the sustainable development of libraries of colleges and universities.This paper aims at elaborating librarians' structure of innovative quality,the influence of trains of personality on innovative quality,and some problems which should be solved in cultivating innovative quality.
