Several Views on the Party’s Building Work

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the Party development and building in the new situation and probes into some matters in the new Party's Constitution approved in the 16th Party Congress. Comparing the Constitution with the history of the Party and linking the real situation, the author puts forward several views which hold that only by keeping up with the times can the Party lead the whole nation make great progress in the new era.
