Exploration and Practice on Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation——Take Nanchang Hangkong University as an Example

Innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation plays a vital role in educating college and university students.The authors bring forward specific countermeasures on several aspects of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation after analysing cases,such as the positioning,the intergration of resource on campus and the prioritization of personnel training proposal.For achieving this goal,the author also looks into the relevance between innovation and entrepreneurship,the regular pattern of the growth of univeysity talents and the existing flaws on cultivating talents.
