A survey on economy development of the county industry parks of Jiangxi Province

The recycling economy is represented by the ecological industrial park at the industrial park level.In this paper the tech-economic characteristics of recycling economy in the Xinghuo Industrial Park are analyzed.The Xinghuo Industrial Park, taking the reusing of resources as the core concept, introduces and establishes many enterprises and processes wastes and sided products produced in the process of production of organic silicon monomer into the products which are needed by the market and have high technological content, thus forming the recycling economy industrial network of further processing of organic silicon monomers and reusing of wastes, with the Xinghuo Organic Silicon Factory at the core.Practice proves that the recycling economy park, taking the recycling of matter and energy as the content and the industrial cluster as carriers and having the advantages of both, is an advanced production organization form.
