Research into the Decline Phenomenon of Chinese Private Enterprises from the Perspective of the Economic Ethics

  • Chinese private enterprises came into decline after development in the early time of reform and opening up. The drawback of understanding of the relationship between duty and benefit and the lack of credit culture are the internal factors for their decline. However, the imperfect law and policy and discriminated financing regulation caused by the confusion of government's economic ethics quicken their decline. Strengthening the building of economic ethics and regulation of the private enterprises and the government is the internal and external power which can really prevent the decline of private enterprises.
