A Literature Review on Enterprise's RFID Adoption Behavior

As one of the key technologies of Internet-of-Things, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) adoption is important to improving enterprises' technical level and management level. Progress has been achieved in the field of RFID adoption behavior both at home and abroad. Firstly, the researches on information technology(IT) adoption behavior were introduced from the conception, the theoretical basis and the application of IT adoption theory. Then the researches on enterprise's RFID adoption behavior were summarized in four study angles——the theoretical basis, the research model, the influencing factors and the research methods, and the limitation and future research orientation were pointed out.
