    Abstract
  • The criminal law stipulated the limitation of prosecution in 1979 and in 1997. But it differs in the aspect of extending the limitation of prosecution. In this article, the author argues that there exist three instances in the system of extending the limitation of prosecution. Meanwhile the author theoretically identifies the possible ambiguities caused by this system.
