All-round Development of Human in the Reform Process and its Effect on the Construction of Rule of Law

Based on expounding Marx's theory about all-round development of human,this paper induced and summarized different phases of the history of the theory about all-round development of human in China,especially analyzed the important effect of the theory on the construction of rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and stressed the role of the theory in the national development and construction.The scientific concept of all-round development of human embodies human right spirit of our country's constitution,and human-oriented administration of the new leading collective of the Central Committee of CPC.
