76 chapters of "Guan Zi" are abundant in chrematistic idea.In this paper the author makes a systematic study upon the theory of enriching the country and chrematistic idea in "Guan Zi" and reflects on the practical problems about the new rural construction of our country so as to make the past serve the present.
