Discussion on the Key Role of the Talents on Developing University Science and Technology
The issue that the talents are the key to develop university science and technology is discussed in this paper.The issue is especially considered for the leaping development.The method of how to introduce talents and the way of how to exert the roles of talents on different layers are described.Also a few criterions needed to be noticed are given to train talents.
