On Its Role and Program Design of the Therapeutically-oriented Dance Education in Improving the Contemporary Psychological Quality

Aiming at the psychological quality education of the contemporary college students,we discussed the principle of the treatment-oriented dance education and advocated its implementation in colleges and universities.And further,we conducted a preliminary designing scheme.The dance is mainly to guide the students to experience the bodily feelings,in special the bodily contact and the team cooperation spirit brought by the movement.By that,they can deeply understand their state of mind,thereby achieving harmony and unity of physical and mental,and reach the self-improvement purposes at last.
