Abstract
Based on our statistical data of the on-the-spot investigation, this paper analyses the competitive power of general managers of the advertisement companies in Nanchang.Jiangxi through these following three aspects: the dynamic states of their obtaining employment, the present static states, their difficult situation of operation and their expectation for prospect. And according to the analysis, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures with a view to promoting the advertisement industry in Jiangxi as well as in the middle-western areas of China.
