Design on Training Process of Students Social Adaptability Based on QFD

By investigation on the social adaptation of Nanchang Hangkong University students,this paper analyses the social capacity needs of today's college students.It proposes Quality Function Deployment Model of College Student Adaptability(QFDM-CSA) by use of Quality Function Deployment(QFD) theory,and designs the training process system on students social adaptation.Finally,it proposes the strategies on improving social adaptability based on QFDM-CSA.
