The Governmental Responsibility in the Consolidation of College Students' Entrepreneurship

Chinese society is now in the period of transition. Governments at all levels have actively created conditions to encourage college students to setup company. But compared with developed countries, there are some obvious problems. For instance, the system of college students' entrepreneurship isn't optimized, the innovative undertaking policy can hardly be well implemented, and the supporting service system is not perfect enough. To improve the current situation, governments at all levels should give full play to their functions, and consolidate the responsibility in the process of college students' entrepreneurship by creating the social atmosphere of advocating the college students' entrepreneurship, strengthening system innovation, optimizing the policy environment and legal environment, building business platforms and perfecting social supporting system.
