The theoretic basis of human resource capital management and its humane hypothesis

  • The basic connotation of human resource capital management suggests that enterprises consist of human resources, the development of enterprises depends on human resources and enterprises serve people. The establishment of the human resource capital theory in the 1960s provides strong theoretic basis for the rise of human resource capital management. The process of development from property management to human resource capital management has close relation with the management theory in which the humane hypothesis of "economic persons"develops into the humane hypothesis of "social persons", "self-realzing persons","complicated persons"and "cultural persons".
