Tech-economy analysis on development of recycling economy in the industrial park

The recycling economy is represented by the ecological industria lpark at the industria lpark level.In this paper the techeconomic characteristics of recycling economy in the Xinghuo Industrial Park are analyzed.The Xinghuo Industrial Park,taking the reusing of resources as the coreconcept,introduces and estab lishes many enterprises and processes wastes and sided products produced in the process of production of organic silicon monomer in to the products which are needed by the markte and have high technological content,thus forming the recycling economy industrial newtork of further processing of organic silicon monomers and reusing of wastes,with the Xinghuo Organic Silicon Factory at the core.Practice proves that the recycling economy park,taking the recycling of matterand energy as the content and the industrial cluster as carriers and having theadvan tages of both,is an advanced production organization form.
