Research on the Development of Regional General Aviation Airports Based on the Perspective of Resources

This paper discusses the present development condition of general aviation airports in China and analyses the principles and characteristics that general aviation regional airports plan should highlight. It proposes the regional general aviation airports development framework based on lifecycle approach and resource basis theory,putting forward the view that the airport should develop from the general aviation airport into the air carrier airport in order to promote the reasonable planning of general aviation airports in China.
