    Abstract
  • This paper illuminates the necessity of cultivation of full time Assistants for the students' management by analyzing the status quo of students in the independent colleges.According to the practical experience of Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology we have discussedthe strategy and measures for the group building of Assistants with high quality.
