The Cultivation of Martial Spirit Focusing on the Objective of Strengthening the PLA

The martial spirit is the inexhaustible spiritual power to promote the construction of national defense and the PLA.The long-term peaceful environment has bred a number of "peace-induced habits", which has led to the weakening of the martial spirit. It is an urgent issue to be resolved to unremittingly strengthen the martial spirit of PLA. At present, in the cultivation of martial spirit focusing on the objective of strengthening the PLA, we should have firm faith, firmly cast the warrior ethos,and have a political orientation of upholding warrior ethos;we should devote ourselves to the army and martial spirit, improve quality and cultivate professional ethics for marital;and we also should rule the army by strict laws and consolidate the basic style of martial spirit.
