  • This article analyzes the major problems of disposition of educational resources in countryside and the major difficulties of rearranging these educational resources today,puts forward the basic thinking of optimizing educational reources in contryside,and discusses mainly the principles and ways of adjusting rationally educational network in countryside and optimzing structure of teacher troops.
