On CPC’s human rights view

  • In more than eighty years of struggle for winning,maintaining,promoting and improving human rights of the Chinese people,CPC has formed their abundant and unique theory of human rights,which can be summarized in the following aspects:Firstly,the right of survival is the all-important essential human rights;Secondly,we should give consideration to the citizens'political rights and economic and cultural rights and achieve the all-round development;Thirdly,sovereignty weighs over human rights;Fourthly,human rights have general characters as well as class characters;Fifthly,human rights have a gradual historical process,the degree of whose realization and development would be restricted by different kinds of practical conditions;Sixthly,we have found a road to promoting and developing human rights under the Chinese conditions.
