On the Inhibitive Object and its Development of Anti-monopoly Law

According to the anti-monopoly law,this paper points out that the modern antimonopoly law should obey the "behavior doctrine" to control monopoly.Its system object of regulation is all kinds of illegal monopoly behaviors.It states the main contents and investigates the development trend of inhibitive object of our anti-monopoly law.The result is of great reference for the scientific definition of inhibitive object of anti-monopoly law in the justice practice and for the theoretic research of anti-monopoly law.
