A Preliminary Research on the Training Mode of Talents Majoring in Science and Technology of Colleges and Universities by Means of School-enterprise Collaboration

The surprising development of higher education and the diversification of social requirement require colleges to do necessary reform of their original personal training mode.Cooperating school with enterprises is a new way of using different educational resources in distinctive environment to cultivate applicable talents proper for the needs of industries and enterprises.It is especially necessary and applicable for the cultivation of science students.From this perspective,it is significant to renew our teaching concept and establish the idea of "integrating the theoretical teaching with practical training";furthermore,it is important to set up the stable base for the cooperation of universities and enterprises,which provides good training platform for facilitating students' practicable ability.While higher education institutes should not discard their ability of heritage and innovation for the purpose of catering to enterprise's needs blindly.Therefore,in order to cultivate university students in an all-around way,institutes should not weaken the function of classroom teaching to strengthen student's practical ability training function.
