Reflections on the building of textbooks of the higher education institutes

by analysing some current problems concerning the building of the textbooks of the higher education institutes,the paperseeks solutions to the problems and points out that it is necessary to establish the follow-up system of evaluation of textbooks,promote the system of tender for textbooks and cooperate with the famous teachers and universities in compiling of textbooks.
