From Status to Contract：the Only Way for China’s Modernization

Modern society is a contract society.The process of going from status to contract is a great progress in human society.Traditional China was a typical identity society.Now,China is still in the movemen"tfrom status to contract".In order to accelerate this movement,we should promote political restructuring,reform the status institution system,highlight the concept of rights granted by the law and foster a mature civil society.
