  • The coming of knowledge economy brings new higher demands for higher education.As a main force on teaching front line,young teachers should improve teaching work continuously to cultivate persons with creative ability.Combining with teaching practice,this paper explores the importance of teaching innovation from the aspects as follows:change of educational idea,improvement of personal ability and exploration of scientific teaching methods.Then some ideas of improving teaching work are put forward.
