Analysis of the Image of Young Women in the Modern Times——Taking the reports of Chinese Women's Weekly

By means of analysis of contents,this paper analyses the female image of Chinese Women's Weekly.The results show that most of the females positively reported in the newspaper enjoy their own professions and that the contents reported contains little female discrimination and prejudice to a certain degree.The main reasons for this are due to the improvement of the female status,policy guidance,commerciality,social responsibility of the mass media,which influence the report of female image.
