Abstract

The world view is the viewing angle of observing history and development based on Marx' and Engel's thoughts about historical ideas,The viewing angle includes the change of the thinking way and particularly shows the significance and functions of the lateral thinking in the modern society.Leaders,especially the young leaders,must strengthen study,enlarge their field of vision and foster their own world view with great effort.
