Analysis on Technology Transfer Mode and Policy Orientation of Research Institutions

Based on the overall process model of technology transfer and aiming at the failure and efficiency loss of technology transfer market,we put forward transfer mode selection & policy orientation for research institutions to promote their new-technology transfer.For promoting new-technology transfer,policy orientation should focus on cultivating the unique and valuable complementary assets which can benefit transferring technology innovation achievements from research institutions to enterprises,and good transfer mode selection should be on the basis of the grade of maturity and the phases of life cycle of technology,and making a difference between the secondary innovation and the breakthrough innovation.
