  • Based on Michel Porter's Theory of Competitive Advantages,this article analyses the advantages of E-business in competition,impact of E-business on enterprises.It points out that the inevitable way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness is to do E-business.At end,it shows how the enterprises can improve their copmetitivess through E-business.
