Mao Zedong and the first constitution of new China

In this article the author recalls the scient ific constitution-enacting process led by Mao Zedong and his constitutional thought embodied in the constitution.Through the theoretical reflection on the historical fate of this constitution,we believe that the success and failure of Mao Zedong's constitution-exploring practice has a profound effect on the promotion of democratic law system and political civilization in our country.
