Analysis on the Impediments to the Development of E-business in the Enterprises in Our Country

From the point of dialectical materialism,this article analyses the internal and external impediments to the development of e-business in the enterprises in our country.The enterprises'insufficiency of motivation for the e-business development constitutes the internal impediments,which are the fundamental reason for the slow development of e-business in the enterprises in our country,and are embodied in the difficulties in carrying out the transition of the organizational structures and the conflicts between the enterprises'goals and the individuals'aims.On the other hand,the external impediments to the development of e-business in the enterprises can be found in the enterprises'external environmental factors,such as the security identification,the lack and the imperfection of payment system,etc.
