Cultural Education and Educational Culture

Culture can be interpreted from three aspects: at the micro level, it is human living way relative to nature; At the medium level, it is a part of the social system composed of human politics and economy. At the microcosmic level, it is the difference existence owing to human's different social customs and living habits. College is the body which inherits, practises and innovates culture. High education should be suitable for the cultural pattern of its own country and integrates itself with the excellent world culture so that it has vitality. It is inevitable requirement to develop culture in education and teaching process, for which culture is contained in education.
