Analysis and countermeasures of the actuality of human resource management in the nongovernmental enterprises

Human resources are the first resources, which are the key factors for enterprises to obtain and keep their advantages. Since the implementation of reform, our nongovernmental enterprises have made great progress in economy and become the important part of national economy. But the crisis of human resources inside the enterprises becomes the bottleneck which restrains the good development of the nongovernmental enterprises. The talent crisis lies in the human resource management. The paper analyses the actuality of the human resources of the private enterprises and finds out the problems of human resource management and then analyses the reasons for these problems. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures for strengthening the human resource management in the nongovernmental enterprises.
