Analysis of the Evolution Game Theory of College Teachers’Innovation Ability and Its Countermeasure

College teachers' innovation ability is a comprehensive quality.The paper builds monomorphic population replicator dynamic model to analyse the innovation strategy.The results show that sufficient condition of innovation strategy is to improve teachers' income continuously.Therefore,universities should increase service to improve teachers' innovation ability and university innovation level based on people-based management thought.
