Thinking on Establishing and Perfecting the System of Accepting the Inner-Party Suggestions

The system of accepting the inner-Party suggestions is the organizational mechanism of the communication from top to low level within the party as well as the exchange of opinions.It has certain practical significance for developing the inner-Party democracy,safeguarding the inner-Party unity and harmony and strengthening the building of the Party's governing capability and vanguard nature.This paper makes the analysis from the perspectives of historic culture,the quality status quo of the Party members and the obstacles for accepting suggestions and proposes the effective ways to create a democratic atmosphere for the party members to accept suggestions,to improve the democratic quality of the Party members and leading cadres and to establish a sound smooth and orderly mechanism to communicate with the Party members.
